The title of this charming Robert Reiber print is "The Sandbar", signed by Robert Reiber, artist.  The signature is original, written in pencil by the artist.  Although the print does not appear to be numbered, it may be numbered but covered by the matte - I did not take it apart to check.  Robert Reiber is a freelance American artist who lives in central coastal Florida on Anna Maria Island.  The Sandbar is a well known landmark Anna Maria meeting-up place right on beautiful Anna Maria Island beach that offers "toes in the sand" dining and beverages.  Interestingly, the description of the print that is taped to the back of this piece describes "The Beach House", which is another Anna Maria "toes in the sand" locale.  Reiber apparently made prints of both paintings and the labels must have been mixed up.  

This wonderful print was part of an estate.  It has been beautifully custom framed with an ivory matte and a substantial Nielsen brand metal frame that is a muted lavender-purple color.   There is a label on the back of the picture from "Longboat Framing Gallerie, Inc." on Longboat Key, Florida, the shop that originally framed this print.  It measures about 14 3/4 inches tall and is 18 3/4 inches wide (framed), landscape orientation, and a nice medium size.  These Reiber prints were made in the 1990s and the frame is dated 1994, so the print was likely made sometime between 1990 - 1994.

The print is in excellent condition - no stains, spots, holes or tears. The matting is in great condition with no spots, holes, cracks or tears. The frame has some very minor scuffing, consistent with age, but is also in good condition. The mounting board on the back of the piece has some dings and small tears, but this does not affect the picture. The glass is in good condition - no chips or cracks. The hanging bracket and wire are secure and sturdy. See photos for more details.
