SHIPPING POLICY Standard Shipping method refers to USPS Parcel Post and does not guarantee the number of transit days. Depending on your ship to location, transit time can take up to 9 days. USPS may not update the status of the package in transit until it reaches the destination zip code post office. Offered shipping method strictly accounts for the number of transit days and do not affect the order processing time. We do not offer shipping service to APO, and FPO addresses. Non-compliant orders will be cancelled.

PACKING, SHIPPING * We will arrange all shipping and packaging. (All items will be inspected at time of departure)

RETURN POLICY For general item return policy, see listing return policy in the "Shipping and payments" tab. We may not accept returns of certain low cost or vendor restricted items. Returned item must remain unopened and the manufacturer's original shrink-wrapping or seals must not been altered. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. All shipment errors or damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of customer receiving the shipment. Refund for damaged items will be issued only after it is received at our facility. A new separate order must be placed for replacement.

There are no returns or refunds unless prearranged with the seller. If an item needs to be returned to Edna's store bidder agrees to pay all return delivery charges. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on haircare or skincare products.
