"The Mineral Belt" is a 3 volume, 8.75"x11" hardcover set written by David S. Digerness and published by Sundance Books (Silverton, CO). The books focus on the history of railroads serving a mineral-rich area, popularly known as the Front Range Mineral Belt, centered at Georgetown, Colorado (west of Denver). There are many illustrations throughout, some in color, and each volume has a folded map in a pocket at the back.

The books are in very good condition. The covers are protected by mylar sleeves and show minimal wear, the interiors are unmarked, the bindings firm (though Vol. II's text block is starting to sag).
