On offer is a two [2] gang 190pF + 190pF air dielectric variable capacitor of large size, which bears the AM Ref. No. 10C/11061.

It measures about 4.00 inches [including rotor shaft] x 3.00 inches x 3.50 inches from the side [to allow for the rotor sweep], and the rotor has a 0.25 inch diameter shaft which is about 0.45 inches long.

The capacitor has a swing of 10.8pf to 189.2pF on one gang and 11.1pF to 188.2pF on the other, measured on a Peak LCR40 component analyser ~ see photographs 9 - 12, (for info), and is in working order. Mounting is by two [2] screws through brackets on the base of the back plate and three [3] threaded studs on the front plate.

This is an ideal opportunity to obtain a capacitor such as this for RF home construction projects including receivers and ATUs. You also have the option of connecting both gangs in parallel to give a large size variable capacitor of 380pF.
