This is a baby blue vintage prairie-style cottagecore maxi dress in a size Medium. It has a ruffle around the shoulders and a high lace collar. I purchased it off a reseller back in 2021, but have only tried it on twice and have since sized out of it. It's beautiful and very likely from the early 1980s, kept in great condition.
Waist is 14 inches lying flat untied. Bust is 18 inches lying flat. Hips not fitted.
