Orders are packaged with extreme care but when the carrier takes possession, I cannot guarantee the safety of that order. I do not offer refunds and free shipping returns. If an item is damaged or broken during shipment, an insurance claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS must be filed. As “proof of damage”, the USPS (nearest you) will want to physically see the broken item and the original shipping container with the shipping label attached. Do not throw the item or box away until the insurance claim has been received. Photos of the broken/damaged item are essential. If, in a special case, I do accept a return, the buyer will pay all return postage. I lend more to shipping by Priority. It is much faster and more reliable but costs a bit more.

Photos will help you analyze the exact item you are viewing. The buyer is responsible for studying the pictures and asking questions pertinent to their interests. The written description and the photos are done to the best of my ability. I’m not an expert on all items, and it’s impossible to cover every detail of an item. The written description and/or photos will reveal known damage or imperfections. Items are sold “as is”. I strive to give 5-star service and value each buyer. You and your business are greatly appreciated. In my opinion, it is unfair to expect a full refund plus pay the return postage if a buyer simply changes their mind after their order arrives, or if I missed a minor detail in the description. Please, ask relevant questions before buying. Thank you.
