Our sales are final and no returns are accepted but your purchase may covered by Ebay's Buyer Protection Policy. We often use recycled boxes and packing. Feedback is left after feedback is received. Payment through Paypal due within three days or item will be relisted and a non-payment report will be made to Ebay.   We agree that shipping fees are too high but we do not add handling fees or surcharges and will refund excess shipping when eBay estimates are high.
