Before purchasing please understand what you are buying. This is a Digital Code purchased from the official Microsoft Store, there is no Physical Disc and as such you will not receive anything through the post, you will receive a digital code along with instructions on how to redeem it to your eBay messages and eBay email address. These codes are purchased from the cheapest regions, during sales to provide the best prices possible!
The digital code will be manually checked and sent to your eBay messages along with instructions on how to redeem it, usually within 30 minutes but please allow up to 2-4 hours if purchased during UK Business Hours (including weekends), If purchased outside of business hours please allow up to 24 hours for delivery, it is very rare for it to take this long but I am after all a human, I sleep and have other responsibilities!
There's an issue with the eBay app where the Buy it Now button will not show for certain items, if you have this problem you can fix it by logging in to eBay through your web browser (Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome), be sure not to get redirected to the app, the buy it now option will now show and you'll be able to purchase!
You are able to cancel your order at any time as long as the code has not been sent yet, please note there may be fees for doing so and eBay may hold the refund for up to 48 hours.
Once the code has been sent there will be no item to return and therefore you will not be eligible for a refund.
