mark on base: COPYRIGHTED 1934
Dots are all black
there is a large, flat flake on the top of the base, see last photo
there is rust on the metal and it is on the glass in some places, this may clean off the glass but you
may have to replace the metal
THE BULB IS STUCK IN THE LAMP. it may com out if you break it and use pliers to twist it out.
this all mean the lamp is working but AS IS
please look at the pictures, ask questions and be aware it is imperfect
