There is no size on the tags of the hat, so I have shown measurements of the diameter and the inside band length in the photos for your reference. Its pretty small, so it must be the type of hat that would sit on top of your head, but no fit all the way around . There is a crease in the wool all the way around the circumference of the hat, so I'm not sure if that means it is supposed to worn with it folded/creased, or if it was just creased like that in storage.
There is a sturdy piece of wire around the inside of the band of the hat, so that it can be adjusted to meet the shape of your head. The wire does not adjust bigger or smaller, but just the shape (round, oval, etc) of the band of the hat.
The colors/style of this hat reminds me of Mary Poppins, even though I know its not the exact style she wore in the movies. I think it would suit her.
There is a paper tag with the name "Yvonne" attached to the inner tag, so this used to be Yvonne's hat!
Measurements are in photos. Please compare to a garment you already to have to make sure this fits.
