  This kit fits the Rivarossi 85ft (1930’s) RPO Car based on the window and door placement and actual drawings.

  As always: TEST FIT BEFORE GLUING!

  The KIT consists of: 2 pieces to be glued together to create the interior.

  The interior has notches in the floor to fit around the locator pins.

Assemble and populate the interior before installation .  There may be a little filing required.  

Use care when gluing.   “Super Glue” works well; but read warning below. 

The interior is designed for the installation of an LSW078 under the interior floor for car weight.  (LSW078 is available separately). 

  The pilot model has 6 3/4 inches of LSW078 and weighs 5.1 oz with an un-populated interior and the original trucks.  The holes in the LSW were punched with a hand-held single hole punch.

  Plan for your electrical wiring!

  Bond the completed interior to the previously installed LSW with automotive weather stripping adhesive.

 Warning! Do not install the interior in the passenger car sooner than 12 hours after using “Super Glue”.  Cyanoacrylate adhesives release fumes that will attack and permanently mar your windows and other surfaces.
