Could use a wash with oxyclean or stain fighter to whiten it. See pics for signs of wear and flaws. The print is a little faded / sloppily done in my opinion. I believe it is because this is a parking lot tee. That means this shirt was printed by a random guy with a screen printer in the 2000s and sold these tees in the parking lots of the concerts, not actual band merch.
