Tested and works as shown. AC adapter is Sega brand but is compatible and safe to use with NES. Everything you need to start playing! Keep in mind you need an old Tube Tv for Zapper gun to work. Also with old Nes games you may need to wiggle game side to side while hitting the reset button to get picture clear and its always good to clean dirty game contacts before inserting them into system!  Thanks
