Tag size is 40. Fabric is 85% polyester and 15% wool. 

Skirt fabric has a wool texture. Hanger loops are intact. Closes with button and zipper closure. No pockets. This skirt appears to have been altered--hems of lining and skirt appear to have been shortened. 

Waistband is 1 1/8" wide.

Pintucked area below waist is 2 in. 

Lining at hip--right at base of zipper is 44 in. fully flattened. 

Skirt is full (see photo) however lining is not. Bottom hem of skirt measures 90 in around. Bottom hem of lining is 58. 

Hem seam allowance is 3 3/8" and there is 1" folded to the inside. 

There is no stretch in this waistband. Please check measurements carefully and compare to something that fits you well.
