CD jewel case with the game is brand new and factory sealed. All of the paperwork is unused and unopened. As you can see in the photos, the outer cardboard big box has been open to confirm contents. It looked like the cardboard box seal may had been already opened on this, so I decided to fully open it to double-check everything was in there, which it is.
