Garcia Fans !!!  This was an Unbelievable ! & down-right Monumental !! run of Shows for both the Jerry Garcia Band ! & ( the too-short-lived ) Jerry Garcia ' Acoustic ' Band !!  If there was only such thing as a ' Time Machine ' & Thirteen ( 13 ) Magical Tickets ! would appear -- I'd be there in a flash, for all of it ... every single-note !  But heck, we'd probably all be there with that kind of scenario though, right ?  Ha !  Many of you were indeed the lucky-ones who made it to a night, nights, or maybe the whole darn kit & caboodle - all 13 Shows !?!!  I sure hope so ...  This was without any question a run to behold & this 3-CD Set captures a collection of JGB & JGAB Highlights ! from this  Wonderful ! stand of " Jerry & his Pals on Broadway in N.Y.C. !! " ( on October 15-30th, 1987 ) !!!  Also to note :  The Entire  ! 10/31/87 Show(s) - Both of them ( 2 Acoustic & 2 Electric Sets Each ! ) was also released as " Pure Jerry 2 " ( 4-CD Set ), so if you acquire this 3-CD Set along with the ' other ' 4-CD Set you will indeed have the ' Entire ' professionally released & Truly-Magical ! CD music ( Seven ( 7 ) Discs ! ) from this Stellar ! Event of Legend ! !... the 1987 Garcia Broadway Concert Series !!!  To me, this release ( Pure Jerry 3 ) & the 10/31/87 ( Pure Jerry 2 ) release are collectively one of the Most-Crucial ! - Incredible ! - Important ! - and Enjoyable ! releases we have ever seen released to date professionally in the digital-era.  Enjoy !!!  As with this one, it's pretty hard not to ...
