Maker and size: This set of 6 exquisite and rare square antique plates is by England's renowned china maker Royal Worcester.

Marks and age: A brown Royal Worcester mark is on the reverse of all 6 plates. It includes a small diamond under the circle crown mark, indicating that the plates were produced in 1929.

Design: The finely painted pattern - called Riviera - brings together elegant urns of flowers and leaves and colorful raised enamels against a cream colored band and pure white center. At the center is a striking floral medallion.

Size: The plates are 8 3/8 inches square and together weigh 5 pounds 7 ounces.

Condition: They are in excellent condition with no marks, nicks, chips, cracks, scratches, stains, discoloration, repairs or wear.
