All ungraded (Raw) cards UNDER $20 will ship in a penny sleeve and top loader using the eBay envelop system. The top loaders I use I buy in bulk and some of them may be yellowed or scratched, the purpose of the top loader is to simple protect the card during shipment and is not guaranteed to be in new condition. Sometimes the eBay envelope system tracking does not work properly and since this system is an eBay system and NOT a USPS system it is only tracked through eBay. There have been cases where the card is marked delivered and does not actually arrive in the mailbox until a couple days later.

All ungraded (raw) cards OVER $20 will ship in a plastic one touch case (as long as I have them in stock, sometimes I will run out of one touches for larger cards that are over 100 point card stock). They will ship in a bubble mailer using USPS Ground Advantage.

All graded cards UNDER $75 (PSA, SGC, CGC, & TAG) will ship well protected by cardboard in a bubble mailer using USPS Ground Advantage. 

All graded cards OVER $75 (PSA, SGC, CGC, & TAG) will ship in a cardboard box using USPS Ground Advantage.
