This listing is for a pair of vintage New York City Police SBA short sleeve sweatshirts and an antique 1937 American Police Jiu-Jitsu book by S.J. Jorgensen.
The sweatshirts are white with are dark golden yellow logo on the front. The logo is a shield with an eagle and reads "CITY OF NEW YORK POLICE SBA". This for the New York City Police Sergeants Benevolent Association. The sweatshirts have a crewneck and banded sleeves and waist with raglan sleeves. They measure 22 inches long from shoulder to hem and are 17 inches wide across the chest from arm pit to arm pit.
The book is a 3rd edition "American Police Jiu-Jitsu" by S.J. Jorgensen. It is numbered on the front cover "NO. 36121".
The condition of the shirts is as follows; there is some staining and toning to the shirts, and some separation on the seams of the shirts. The book is in good condition, there is some wear to the front cover, all the inside pages are all in very good condition.
