Any orders placed between Monday-Friday before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day.

We do our utmost to have all orders delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch. If we are unable to meet this delivery time we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to inform you of the situation.

We offer FAST & FREE standard delivery to UK Mainland postcodes on all orders. This will be a courier to door service only. If you require delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, British Isles or Northern Ireland additional charges may apply and delivery times may be extended.

If you wish to return your item please return the item in the original packaging within 14 days.

It is your responsibility to pay the postage cost of the returning goods. It is advisable to use a signed for delivery service for your protection. 

All returned products must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state with no signs of use and still in their original packaging.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please inform us immediately via eBay message, so we can either organise the return of the goods and a replacement product to be sent out, or arrange collection of the goods and issue you a full refund.

This product includes a 12 month manufacturer warranty.
