Large 13.25" inch Handcrafted Persian Marquetry Micro Mosaic Square Wall Clock. Square shape with scalloped frame and solid wooden back. This craft consists in the production of incrustation inlay patterns generally star shaped, with thin sticks of different types of wood with a lacquered sealer over the inlayed art work. The clock face is made of inlay with maltase cross design with burgundy red color inlay. Glass cover with wood numbers and number markers with metal clock hands.
The clock is in very good condition and works great and keeps time perfectly and free of damage with two cracks on the corner seams. The back shows a little wear on the sealer. Please see photos. The clock requires 1 AA battery ( NOT INCLUDED) Size: 13.25" x 13.25" x 1 7/8" deep. Weight is 4 pounds before shipping.
