It was built by an enthusiast in Norwich who purchased the Cinelli frame (new) from an advert in a cycling magazine and built the bike from parts. He had not used the bike very much (he had 3 others) and I purchased the bike in 2002.

I haven't used the bike very much because I prefer my touring bike (with mudguards, etc) for most situations.

The paint work has quite a few marks on it.
