If you do change your mind, we will accept a return if you send the item back in the same condition as it was shipped to you. We refund purchase price only.
- If your item arrives and is damaged in the post - there is insurance but Australia Post requires photos and may require you to visit a post office with the item and the package. This is their process.
- Postage - we do not have the sales volume to enjoy postage discounts. Postage prices are set to try and breakeven - there is no money made on postage.
