Tips:
Dry the bamboo-made tools thoroughly before storage.
Try not to use a dishwasher to wash bamboo and plastic tools as much as possible.
Store bamboo-made tools away from heat and sunlight to protect bamboo from splitting.
For easy cleaning, we suggest covering the rolling mat with plastic wrap before spreading the rice.
But if you don't use the plastic wrap, you can soak the sushi mat in warm water for a few minutes before cleaning it.
