If you have a shiny Beedrill already registered in your Pokedex, trade can be done as soon as possible (20000 stardust cost).

If it’s not registered in your Pokedex, we have to build friendship level for 30 days (Ultra Friends) sending each other gifts and then we can trade (80000 stardust cost).

Keep in mind that a special trade can be done only once per day. Pokemon CP and IV can be different from the image.
