Highly detailed silver plated handbag purse frame in an embossed windmill country scene

The four sided frame is hinged in four places to enable a diamond shaped opening, each side is 12.5cms long  

The frame is 2.5cms deep

The frame is from an age when ladies would make their own handbags from dress fabrics so they had a matching handbag - there are pierced holes along the edge of each side to sew a bag to fit
