Style one with pistol handle.

This one was issued in 1936 and was retired in 1960...highly collectable.

This is a lovely looking piece that is in perfect condition, with no cracks, chips or restoration and is of first quality.

The letter A Doulton Backstamp dates this jug as being produced between 1939 and 1955.

There is a small clay spot on the underside of the base, but this under the glaze so has been there since it was made. It can't been seen unless the jug is held upside down.
