Description:
Please find for offer a rare pair of Chinese carved cinnabar lacquer candlesticks, dating to the 19th century. Each candlestick intricately carved with scrolling foliage and lotus flower decoration. These candlesticks have been well used and the tops/sconces have been burnt.
Dimensions:
Height: 15.8cm. Diameter of base: 7.5cm.
Condition:
The tops/sconces have quite significant burn damage. There are some small losses/chips in places, the largest chip being at the rim of the base on one. Please examine photos carefully.
