KRINGLE MOUNTAIN NORTH POLE COLLECTION

This is a lighted building made by Prettique as part of their Kringle Mountain North Pole Collection. What they mean by lighted building, is that you can light up the building from the inside with your own corded (electric) or battery-powered building lights made especially for lighting miniature (O Gauge) scaled buildings.

On the Sweet Shoppe's back side, there is a notch in the base to allow for a corded light to go discreetly inside.

Many people mix the Kringle Mountain North Pole village buildings with Department 56 for a more custom, varied look of your village!
These are the same scale as Dept 56, as well as colored from the same palette, and are compatible with Dept 56's lights for buildings.

The Sweet Shoppe is a unique building in that the roof shimmers with a magical glittery finish, and the building's "grounds" have an amazing amount of detail with a stone wall, stanchions, open gate doors, and holiday garlands decorating the door and windows.

If you are the buyer of this listing and for any reason cancel your purchase, you will be charged a $4.00 fee to compensate me for the time I invest in wrapping, boxing, and packaging the item; purchasing and printing out a shipping label, etc. It takes USPS up to two weeks to reimburse me for a label that I don't use. (Even then I still lose money on time and materials wasted. Additionally, Ebay listing fees charged and/or payment processing fees for receiving funds I have to return when you cancel a purchase, are not refundable to me, so I need to cover these costs). Issues

You have 5 days from the date you receive your purchase (tracking will tell me when it is delivered to you) to contact me with any issues. In order to keep your costs down, I will pack most items in the lightest possible manner. However, I abide by all shippers' required packaging in order to insure an item will arrive intact. My intentions are always to send the item in the most protected fashion, at the lowest cost to you.

I reserve the right to use an alternate mode of shipping to the one you have selected, IF the package is estimated to arrive at the same date or sooner. It could be simply a matter of my taking multiple sales' parcels to the same location.
