The WWF Program is #157 and features the Macho Man Randy Savage with Miss Elizabeth in the background.  The bottom front right corner has a small piece missing and the first 4 pages have a little nick in them

The WWF Match Call Sheet is from the Meadowlands Arena and the main event was Andre the Giant vs Hacksaw Jim Duggan
