For sale is a 1968 Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe survivor with 41,571 original miles, numbers matching. This Chevelle is powered by an all-original 307c.i. V8 mated to the original 2-speed Powerglide transmission (Code DF). The engine appears untouched having original accessories, bolts, wiring, etc. There are original hubcaps in the trunk and the car now rides on a set of Rally's with brand new Cooper tires.

The car still wears its original, factory exterior paint (Code DD Medium Blue) with matching interior in excellent condition that still has the original clear protective vinyl on the front and rear seats. The body is generally in great condition, with great chrome work, some minor surface rust, and some spots that will require repair. However, there is no major rust or body work needed. Refer to the listing photos for more detail.

The interior is undisturbed, with an the original AM radio and the very rare shoulder harness option. The car is equipped with dealer-installed air conditioning that blows ice cold. Details like the chrome trim on the dashboard and instrument panel are in like-new condition.

The car starts, runs, drives, and stops in its original condition. This Chevelle would make a nice driver with some minor maintenance and repaint, or would serve as an excellent starting point for a full restoration or custom build.

I purchased the car in August, 2023 from a dealer in California who purchased the car in May, 2023 from the owner in New Jersey. Prior to that the car was owned by a gentleman in Florida. I have decided to forgo my original plans to complete a restoration as time and opportunity simply won't allow this project right now. I have a clear title from New Jersey signed for sale by the owner.  This car previously sold on ebay, however the Buyer disapeared.
