3AGO V-TOL Square R1 Night Patrol Division from 2018 by Ashley Wood/ Underverse/ 3A Toys. Figure was part of a 3 pack. The individual square is new and unopened. The first 3 pictures are stock images, and the last 2 are the actual square being sold ( it's hard to see how it looks with all the packaging around it so that's why I included the stock photos- same design).
