VTG Handmade Child's Clown Costume Jumpsuit & Hat Size M + Original Patten

Black with different size orange, red, yellow, and white Polka Dot pattern. Gathered ruffle cuffs.  Gathers tie neck. Large yarn pom pom detail on the front and top of hat.

Jumpsuit measurements: Armpit to armpit 14.5", Length from shoulder to waist 14", Rise 6", Inseam w ruffle 12.25". Hat measures 20.5" at the opening.

Includes 1982 Simplicity pattern 5740 size 2-4 boys & girls and some small pieces of the original fabric.
