The Cover has some wear mostly some corner wear, scuffs and marks. The outside edges of pages have discoloring and marks. The spine is tight and sturdy for its age.  There is writing on the inside cover page and a Notre Dame Academy stamp. There is some dirt marks and stains on some of the early but the pages are clean and crisp for the most part but I did notice some some small jots/notes and few creases and another Notre dame stamp on a few pages.  The back of book has one of those library pockets with writing.
