Description

[Used] Martin/ 1973 D-35

1973 D-35 is now in stock.

The top is Sitka spruce with non-scalloped bracing. The sides and back are made of Indian rosewood, and the finger board and bridge are made of ebony, which are standard materials for Martin guitars.
The main difference from the D-28 is that there is also a 3-piece back, but the thickness of the bracing inside is slightly thinner, which gives a softer impression than the powerful sound compared to the D-28.
Martin Clack patch correction has been performed. This guitar had its pickguard replaced and painted at a repair shop that we work with, giving it a look that evokes the atmosphere of the time. There are traces of overlacquer on the back of the neck. The strap pin at the bottom of the body has been replaced. The neck binding on both sides of the 1st fret has shrunk due to deterioration and there is a gap.
A blue case is included, but the emblem is missing and there is some distortion, dirt, and rust. Thank you for your understanding. .
