The Dorvack transforming robot series was released by Japanese toy company Takatoku in 1983-1984. It coincided with the animated TV series of the same name. Unfortunately for the company, the TV show and resulting toy line wasn't well received by Japanese audiences and the company ultimately went under. But those of us from the future know that two of the Dorvack toy designs (Mugen Calibur and the Ovelon Gazette) were picked up by Hasbro and turned into Transformers Roadbuster and Whirl. This listing is for the Dorvack Converters Ovelon Gazette. It stands approximately 3 1/2 inches tall when in robot mode. It's in good vintage condition with the original stickers still attached. This piece has one gun, missing turret gun, 2nd "arm" gun, and both claw "hands." Also note some rust on the screw on the rear of the right arm.
