Trumbull Line was One of Two Streetcar Lines that stopped at Navin Field (Later named Briggs Stadium) where the Detroit Tigers played! (The other line was Michigan Line).


Ty Cobb played for the Detroit Tigers while Trumbull Grand Belt Streetcar was operating!


Cobb played for the Detroit Tigers from 1905 to 1926. He still holds Career Records that may never be broken - Batting Average .366  - Batting Titles Eleven - Stealing Home 54 times - Stealing Second Base, Third Base and Home, In Succession 4 times!

Orpheum Theater was a Vaudeville House located on Lafayette Avenue, It opened in 1914. It featured specialty acts such as Comedy, Burlesque and Song & Dance!
