Very nice condition, late war parts, leather chinstrap has been repaired for display and is pretty fragile on the side of the repair.


Named to a Lt. Edwin Tenney Jr, forest green repaint, USMC shore party marking and 2nd Lt. bar painted on front.


See obituary picture for Mr. Tenney, I believe it is incorrect slightly, I think he served in the Marines his whole career. He shows up as an enlisted man in the WWII USMC muster rolls, this liner was likely used by him in the late 1940s-1950s. Based on some newspaper articles I found him mentioned in he was likely a Captain during his service in Korea.


This would be a great research project, just outside my realm of interest!
