Skirt is in excellent condition with no rips, stains, tears

Poly/rayon/spandex so some stretch to material. Tag says dry clean but I have washed skirts with this fabric on cool, gentle cycle, I have not washed this skirt. 

Has dropped waist line band which measures 16.75 inches from one side to the other when flat on the table

Measures 23.5 inches from top of the dropped waistline band to the bottom of the hem in the center back

Center back zipper closure, and skirt is lined
