Greetings!  You are purchasing a 1946 silver 50 cent half dollar commemorative for the IOWA STATEHOOD CENTENNIAL.  The mintage of this very rare coin was only 100,057 with 500 coins in 1996 being issued by the US Mint for $500 each which did not sell well as they were overpriced at the time.  Another 500 are to be released in 2046.  This is a beautiful coin in blast white 90% silver.  It has been graded Mint State 62, MS 62 by ANACS.  I looked over this coin very carefully and think it has been undergraded.  It will make a great addition to your coin collection.  Insured shipping will be $6.00.
