I don't know what, if anything came in this box or if it had a specific use.
This was in my in-laws house when we cleaned it out.
There is no date or anything other that the printing on one end of the box.
The box measures 10 1/2" X 5 1/4".
I don't know how old it may be either. 
She has been gone since 1998. So I know it has to be a lot older than that.
There  is no scan bar on box either.
