EVERYTHING we sell is 100% Authentic. I am a sneaker collector as well and know everything there is to know regarding the real thing compared to variants/B-grade/counterfeit sneakers and clothing. So please refrain from asking this question, just check my feedback :-)

All items are sold as-is. We take the time to carefully write accurate descriptions and take accurate photos for all of our products. If an item is sold as "New", you can be assured that it is brand new with all tags attached and with all accessories if it is to come with them.

We are selling stock from local sneaker stores so I CAN'T guarantee that they have never been tried on but I am a sneaker collector so you can be assured that I won't label something as new if there's a scuff on it.

We take an extra effort to list everything CORRECTLY. So please do your due diligence and READ all the info on the auction BEFORE purchasing. We can't be responsible for purchasing kids clothing/sneakers thinking they are adult or knowing how every sneaker will fit on your foot.

We recommend going to your local sneaker/clothing stores and trying it on there to get your correct size and then come to us for the great prices :-)

Payment

We will send you an invoice for the auction within 24 hours of its completion.
We ONLY accept PayPal for payment.
You will have 2 days to send us payment via PayPal before our system AUTOMATICALLY will issue you an "Unpaid Buyer Warning". After this you will have another 4 days to make payment before our system will submit a final claim to Ebay and this warning will turn into an "Unpaid Buyers Strike". Please be very AWARE of this as we are trying to run a business here and don't need merchandise waiting to be paid for weeks after purchase.
IF shipping to a NY address, you MUST pay NY Sales Tax - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping

All packages will be shipped within ONE business day of receipt of payment. Tracking will be uploaded to your eBay account.
Domestic Shipping (Lower 48 States) - We will be shipping exclusively with FedEx. Standard shipping (2-8 Business Days) will be coming from either FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Ground.
Domestic Shipping - Overnight/Express shipping will be via FedEx Express.
Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico/Military/Protectorates - We will be shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
International Packages - Standard shipping (2-4 Weeks) will be via FedEx FIMS. This is a hybrid service where half the journey will be via fedex and it will be delivered via your local postal service.
International Packages - Express shipping (2-7 Business Days) will be done via FedEx International Economy.

Returns

All sales are FINAL
We will only consider Refunds/Exchanges if WE made the error; i.e. - sending you the wrong size, color, etc. In this event, we will also provide return shipping for the pair that we sent you.
