A pair of the same design and they measure approximately 2 1/2 inches in diameter and a little less than 2 inch in diameter for the top opening.  They are about 1 1/2 inches tall - 1 inch for the based and about 1/2 inches for the lid tall. 

Painted porcelain that have the same design but you can see they are not "exactly" the same.  "Appears" to be Hand Painted which is why the 2 share the same pattern but are not exactly the same.  Cannot confirm however if they are hand painted.
