Condition is used.   They look brand new, very little, if any, wear on the gold trim along the top edge.   These glasses measure approximately 4.5" tall with a diameter of 3.5".  They hold approximately 12 to 14 ounces.  No chips, cracks, or breakage.   The pheasants are only on 1 side.
