Q: How long will my lace wig last?A: With PROPER CARE, your lace wig will last up to 6 months to a year depending on the amount of time you wear it and how often you remove it. Virgin hair unit will last over 50+ washings (over a year) if properly cared for.
Q: How to get my cap measurement? A: Before you start pin hair as flat and as tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours.
1. Circumference: Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck.
2. Front to Nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.
3. Ear to Ear across forehead: At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of other ear.
4. Ear to Ear over top: Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear.
5. Temple to Temple round back: From temple to temple across the back of head.
6. Nape of Neck: Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck.
Q: What cap size will fit me?
A: We have standard dimension as below,

Generally medium cap is suitable for most people with the adjustable strap at back for flexibility of size.
Q: Can I color the hair?
A: We strongly recommend not to color the hair since our product has already been colored.
With more coloring, the hair may be over processed or damaged. However, you can dye the virgin hair which is not processed.
Q: Can I swim wearing my lace wig?
A: Yes, you can swim in your lace wig if you use a long term extended hold glue.
Please do follow the care instructions when you swim in your lace wig.
Q: What type is your lace wig hairline and does your lace wig unit have baby hair?
A: All our lace wigs have nice natural round hairline and have baby hair all around.

CARE INSTRUCTION
Caring for your lace wig is not difficult. However, it does require routine maintenance for lasting results. Follow these instructions to care and optimize the lifetime and wear of your Lace Unit Wig:Shampooing
1. Keep the hair clean. When dirt and sweat accumulate, hair tangles. Too much leave-in conditioners and other hair care products will create a build up on the hair and will cause it to tangle faster. We suggest that you wash the hair at least every other week with warm or cold water.
2. Brush and detangle hair before applying shampoo. When combing or brushing your lace wig, do not get the comb/brush too close to the fragile lace because you could tear the lace by combing or brushing too harshly.
3. Before washing the hair, spray mixture of conditioner and water and brush the hair from bottom up. Gradually wet the hair down and brush it gently before you completely wash the hair. If the hair is very dry and a lot of water is added at once, hair will swell up like sponge and tangle! Therefore, it is important to gradually wet the hair and brush it.
4. After wetting the hair, add shampoo and wash thoroughly. Be sure to wash and brush the hair in one direction. Rinse the hair completely with water and towel dry. It is best to air dry the hair.
5. When washing your Lace Wig, do not pile the hair together, as this creates tangles. Instead, gently shampoo the hair in one direction only, by holding the cap and hair tightly at the top to avoid any hair from slipping or shedding at the base. Gently stoke the hair while applying the shampoo. Follow with the conditioner in the same manner.After shampooing and conditioning your Lace Wig, it is very important that you minimize combing while wet. Let it completely dry before the last step: SEALING YOUR KNOTS!Sealing knotsNow that your lace wig is completely DRY, turn it inside out and place the wig on a wig mannequin. Spray the inside of the cap lightly standing 6 to 8 inches away with an acrylic sealer. It is important that you do not over-spray by simply following the directions on the back of the sealer that you purchase. DO NOT SPRAY SEALER ON THE HAIR. If the spray is visible on the hair, too much has been used. Let the wig dry for 15 to 30 minutes.
Make sure the cap is completely dry before removing the lace wig.Styling/Daily Maintenance
1. An advantage of Indian Remy human hair is that you can style it like you normally would your own hair. You can brush, comb, blow dry, curl with curling iron, straighten with a flat iron and style it any way you want.
2. For the curly/wavy textured hair, apply some leave-in conditioners so that the hair is soft and moist. Remember not to put too much otherwise there will be a build up and make the hair feel too heavy.
3. You can also make a leave-in conditioner at home by diluting conditioner (10%) with water (90%). Apply the mixture lightly onto your hair and finger comb (or use a wide tooth comb) the hair from the end to the top near the scalp.
4. Make couple of big braids when going to sleep, swim, or exercise (please untangle the hair before making the braids).
5. Sleep in a Satin Bonnet or Head Scarf
6. NEVER SLEEP ON WET HAIR. Make sure the hair is completely dry before going to bed.
7. When swimming, always wear a cap to prevent prolong exposure to chlorine or salt water which causes the hair to tangle. Always wash the hair right away with shampoo and conditioner after swimming in both types of water. When going to the spa, the hair should be brushed out completely and should be wrapped in a cold wet towel.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TINT, COLOR, PERM OR DO ANY EXTRA CHEMICAL PROCESSES because it has already been treated. Please be extra careful with blonde and other light colored hair. They are more chemically processed than the dark hair. We are not be responsible for the outcome.Dos and DontsWhen combing or brushing your lace wig, do not get the comb/brush too close to the fragile lace because you could tear the lace by combing or brushing too harshly.
When not wearing your wig, keep it clean and stored on a wig holder in a dry place, so that it will keep its shape.
Support your Lace Unit Wig with your hands, when brushing or combing your hair. For Straight/Yaki textures, use a good vent brush.
Minimize combing or brushing your lace wig when wet.
Always seal your knots every time you shampoo your wig.
