Refurbishment process.

All our dysons are stripped down to component parts, then meticulously cleaned inside and out with an anti bacterial cleaner. If any part is broken or has excessive wear it's replaced.The head is dismantled and bearings are lubricated or replaced.Clutch units/belts, cogs if fitted are checked and replaced if needed.Any electrical wiring is checked for any signs of damage.Only when I'm satisfied with all the parts being in the best possible condition will  the vacuum be rebuilt.And throughout every step of the rebuild it's being tested and polished. Then once its all reassembled It's given a final 30 minute bench test to check it's all working as it should and a final polish.And only then is it ready for sale.You are left with a dyson as good as new.
