Every model will be checked carefully and shipped in the condition that was offered in the auction. I always make super safe packaging with soft materials for maximum protection.Everything that happens on transport is absolutely out of my control! With your purchase you accept the risk of shipping.Especially open-wheel models do have wings and parts that can break or lose due to hard impact inside the box.The buyer should be able to fix a lose part without opening a case on eBay.Refunds for damage that was obviously caused on transport has to be claimed by the recipient/buyer at DHL/ Deutsche Post.
