Here we have a vintage or antique Palmer's No Waste cast iron toilet paper holder, straight from Palmer Co, Milwaukee, Wi.  Functional condition, not cleaned up, has some surface rust in spots but good to go as is, for that classic look.  Cool old school piece that fits toilet paper rolls right now.  Mounting screws not included.
