Returns are accepted within 30 days from the USPS or Fed Ex confirmed delivery date.  Unless there is an error in the listing, buyer pays all shipping fees.

Before rating a sellers shipping time poorly, compare the shipping and payment dates. The post office is  often to blame for delayed shipping and so it is unfair to rate a sellers shipping time poorly.
