'military qualified' type 6SC7 / VT-105 vacuum tube
as pictured.

Condition:
New? Used? It's metal tube, .....unable to check the clearness of the glass envelope and inspect all the elements inside the tube, therefore i do not have an answer for that! Tube does not come in with original carton, so selling it as low hours used tube.
